Tryla Terms of Use
Last updated: October 12, 2026
These Terms of Use (the "Terms") are an agreement between you and ADMAX LLC ("Tryla", "we", "us"). They govern your use of the Tryla mobile application, the Tryla website and web app at tryla.pro, and related services (together, the "Service"). By downloading, installing, accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the Service.
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information and is part of these Terms.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. If you are under the age of majority where you live, a parent or legal guardian must review and accept these Terms on your behalf. In the EEA, the UK and other places where a higher age of digital consent applies (up to 16), you need your parent's or guardian's consent if you are under that age. You may not use the Service if the law prohibits you from doing so.
2. The Service
Tryla uses artificial intelligence to let you try on hair colors, haircuts and hairstyles, nail designs, outfits and makeup on your own photos, in the iOS app and in your web browser. It also offers inspiration, such as trends and, if you connect your account, your Pinterest boards. We may change, add or remove features, looks, presets and the AI models we use at any time.
3. AI-generated results
Please keep the following in mind:
4. Your account
The app creates your account automatically and links it to your app installation. On the web, the web app does the same for your browser. There is no password. You can choose to sign in with email, Google or Apple to keep your account and use it on other devices and browsers. Your credits and purchases are linked to your account, so keep your devices and your sign-in method secure.
If you move to a new device, reset your device or clear your browser's data without having signed in, you may lose access to your account. You can restore App Store or Google Play subscriptions with Restore purchases, using the same store account you bought them with. The stores don't restore one-time credit packs. If you signed in, sign in again with the same method to get your account back. Contact support and we will try to help, but we can't guarantee recovery.
5. Subscriptions, credits and payments
5.1 Credits
Try-ons use credits from your balance. Credits are charged when a try-on starts. If a try-on fails because of an error, including when a request is blocked by an automated safety filter, the credits are returned automatically. Credits are not returned because you don't like a result, except where the law requires it.
5.2 Subscription plans
Tryla offers auto-renewing subscriptions. Each plan includes credits for each period, as described in the app or on the website at the time of purchase.
5.3 Credit packs
You can also buy one-time credit packs. Credits from packs are added to your balance after the store or our payment provider confirms the purchase.
5.4 Billing and renewal
5.5 Refunds
Purchases in the app are processed by Apple or Google, and their refund policies apply. We cannot issue refunds for store purchases ourselves. To request one, contact Apple (reportaproblem.apple.com) or Google Play. For purchases made on the web, contact us at xmpredalora@gmail.com; refunds are issued through Lemon Squeezy in line with its refund policy and applicable law. If a purchase is refunded or revoked, we remove the plan or credits it granted.
5.6 Nature of credits
Credits have no cash value. They can't be exchanged for money, transferred, sold or used outside the Service. The number of credits included in plans and packs, the number of credits a try-on uses and how long credits remain valid are set out in the app and on the website and may change. Credits are lost if your account is deleted at your request or terminated under Section 11.
6. Your content
6.1 Ownership
"Your Content" means the photos, reference images, text and other material you submit to the Service. You keep all your rights in Your Content.
6.2 License to us
You give us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, copy, transmit, process and modify Your Content, including sharing it with our service providers. We use this license only to provide the Service to you, for as long as needed under our Privacy Policy. We don't use Your Content to train AI models, to advertise or to publish anything.
6.3 Your promises
By submitting Your Content, you confirm that:
6.4 Outputs
Between you and Tryla, you may use your Outputs for any lawful purpose, for example to share them or show them to your stylist, subject to these Terms and the rights of others. To the extent we have any rights in your Outputs, we assign them to you. Outputs may include elements of third-party material from your reference images, such as clothing designs, brands or logos, and you are responsible for respecting those rights. Outputs may not be protected by copyright, and the Service may produce similar Outputs for other users.
6.5 Moderation
We don't review Your Content before it is processed. We and our service providers may use automated filters that block certain requests. We may refuse to process or remove content that we reasonably believe violates these Terms.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
8. Third-party services
The Service works with services provided by others, including Apple, Google, Pinterest and Lemon Squeezy. Their terms and privacy policies govern your use of their services, and we are not responsible for them. Content that comes from third parties, such as trends and pins, belongs to its owners. Tryla is not affiliated with, endorsed or sponsored by Pinterest, Inc. Pinterest is a trademark of Pinterest, Inc.
9. Our intellectual property and your license
The Service, including the app, the website and web app, their design, looks and presets, sample images, text, logos and the "Tryla" name, belongs to Tryla and its licensors and is protected by law. Subject to these Terms, we give you a personal, non-commercial, revocable, non-transferable and non-exclusive license to install and use the app on devices you own or control, as allowed by the rules of the store you downloaded it from, and to use the website and web app in a supported browser. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
10. Feedback
If you send us ideas or suggestions, we may use them without any obligation to you.
11. Termination
You can stop using the Service at any time and ask us to delete your account (see the Privacy Policy). We may suspend or terminate your access if you seriously or repeatedly breach these Terms, use the Service for fraud or abuse, or if the law requires it. Where reasonable, we will notify you first. If your access ends, your credits are lost. An active subscription must be cancelled in your store account settings or, for web subscriptions, in Profile → Subscription. Sections 3, 6.4 and 9 through 17 survive termination.
12. Disclaimers
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service and all Outputs are provided "as is" and "**as available**", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. This includes implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy and non-infringement. We don't guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free or secure, or that Outputs will be accurate or meet your expectations.
13. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tryla is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data or goodwill, arising out of or related to the Service. Tryla's total liability for all claims related to the Service is limited to the greater of the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months before the claim and USD 50.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, such as liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence. Nothing in these Terms affects the rights you have as a consumer under mandatory law.
14. Indemnity
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Tryla and its affiliates from claims, losses and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, that arise from Your Content or from your breach of these Terms.
15. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in the State of Delaware. If you are a consumer in the EEA, the UK or another country whose mandatory laws give you more protection, you keep that protection and may bring claims in the courts of your country of residence. Before starting a formal dispute, please contact us at xmpredalora@gmail.com so we can try to resolve the issue informally within 30 days.
16. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will change the "Last updated" date above. If the changes are significant, we will let you know in the app or on the website before they take effect. If you keep using the Service after the changes take effect, you accept the updated Terms.
17. Apple App Store terms
If you downloaded the app from the Apple App Store, the following terms also apply:
- Acknowledgement. These Terms are between you and Tryla only, not with Apple Inc. ("Apple"). Tryla, not Apple, is solely responsible for the app and its content.
- Scope of license. Your license to use the app is limited to a non-transferable license to use it on Apple-branded products that you own or control, as permitted by the Usage Rules in the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions. Other accounts associated with you through Family Sharing or volume purchasing may also access the app.
- Maintenance and support. Tryla is solely responsible for providing maintenance and support for the app. Apple has no obligation to provide any maintenance or support.
- Warranty. If the app fails to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price of the app, if any. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no other warranty obligation with respect to the app. Tryla is responsible for any other claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs or expenses attributable to a failure to conform to any warranty, to the extent such warranty has not been effectively disclaimed.
- Product claims. Tryla, not Apple, is responsible for addressing any claims by you or a third party relating to the app or your possession or use of it. These include product liability claims, claims that the app fails to conform to any legal or regulatory requirement, and claims under consumer protection, privacy or similar laws.
- Intellectual property rights. If a third party claims that the app or your possession and use of it infringes their intellectual property rights, Tryla, not Apple, is solely responsible for the investigation, defense, settlement and discharge of that claim.
- Legal compliance. You represent and warrant that you are not located in a country that is subject to a US Government embargo or that has been designated by the US Government as a "terrorist supporting" country, and that you are not listed on any US Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
- Developer contact. Questions, complaints or claims about the app should be sent to ADMAX LLC at xmpredalora@gmail.com.
- Third-party terms. You must comply with applicable third-party terms when using the app, such as your wireless data service agreement.
- Third-party beneficiary. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms. Once you accept these Terms, Apple has the right, and is deemed to have accepted the right, to enforce them against you as a third-party beneficiary.
If you downloaded the app from Google Play, your purchases are also subject to the Google Play Terms of Service.
18. General
These Terms and the Privacy Policy are the entire agreement between you and Tryla regarding the Service. If any provision is found unenforceable, the rest remain in effect. If we don't enforce a provision, that doesn't mean we waive it. You may not transfer your rights under these Terms. We may transfer ours, for example in connection with a merger or acquisition. We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control. If these Terms are translated, the English version prevails.
