Tryla Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 12, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how ADMAX LLC ("Tryla", "we", "us") collects, uses, shares and protects information when you use the Tryla mobile application, the Tryla website and web app at tryla.pro, and related services (together, the "Service"). It should be read together with our Terms of Use.

If you have any questions, contact us at xmpredalora@gmail.com.

The short version

  • Signing in is optional. The app and the web app work with a random identifier for your installation or browser. If you choose to sign in with email, Google or Apple, we receive your email address and, where available, your name and profile photo. We never ask for your phone number.
  • Your photos are used only to create the try-on you ask for. They are stored privately, never published, never sold and never used by us to train AI models.
  • Short retention. Photos you upload are deleted from our servers 7 days after upload. Server copies of your results are deleted after 30 days. Your saved looks stay on your device, or in your browser on the web, until you delete them.
  • No ads in the app, and we don't sell your data. We use your device's advertising identifier only if you allow tracking in the system prompt, and only to measure our own ads. Your photos are never used for this. On the website, optional analytics cookies are used only if you agree.
  • Payments are handled by Apple, Google or Lemon Squeezy. We never see your card details.

1. Who is responsible for your information

The controller of your personal information is:

ADMAX LLC, a Delaware limited liability company
Email: xmpredalora@gmail.com

2. Information we collect

2.1 Photos and images you provide

  • Your photos — a selfie, a photo of your hand or a full-length photo that you take with your camera or webcam, or choose from your photo library or your computer.
  • Reference images — for example, a screenshot of a garment you want to try on, or the image of a Pinterest pin you choose.
  • Results — the images the Service generates for you ("looks").

The app accesses the camera and your photo library only after you allow it, and only uses the photos you pick. iOS asks for microphone access because the camera framework requires it; Tryla never records audio. On the web, your browser asks for your permission before the web app can use your webcam; we only use the photo you take and never record video or audio. We don't read or use metadata embedded in your photos, such as location.

2.2 Try-on details

When you start a try-on, we receive the studio (hair, nails, outfit or makeup), the look you chose (for example, "Honey blonde"), the options you selected, any details you type in, the text instruction the Service prepares for the AI model, the status of the job and its timestamps.

2.3 Account and technical information

  • Installation, browser and account identifiers. On first launch the app creates a random installation ID and keeps it in your device's secure storage (the Keychain on iOS), so your account survives reinstalling the app. On the web, the web app creates a random identifier for your browser and keeps it in your browser's storage. We link it to an account ID and issue an access token for that installation or browser.
  • Credits. Your credit balance and the history of credits granted and spent.
  • Technical data. Like any online service, our servers receive your IP address, the time of each request and basic technical information about it, such as your browser or device type. We use this to operate and secure the Service.

2.4 Sign-in information (optional)

You can use the Service without signing in. If you choose to sign in to keep your account on other devices and browsers, we receive:

  • With email: your email address. We send a one-time sign-in link to that address.
  • With Google or Apple: your email address, your name and your profile photo, as shared by Google or Apple. If you use Apple's "Hide My Email", we receive the relay address Apple creates for us.

We never receive your Google or Apple password.

2.5 Purchase information

Your plan, the products you bought, transaction identifiers, purchase and expiration dates, and whether a purchase was refunded or revoked.

  • In the iOS app, we receive this from Apple (through the App Store Server API) and from Apphud, our subscription management provider. Apple doesn't share your name or Apple ID with us.
  • On the web, purchases are processed by Lemon Squeezy, which acts as the merchant of record (the seller) for web orders. Lemon Squeezy collects your payment details, billing email address and billing country or address for tax purposes under its own privacy policy, and sends us the order, subscription and customer identifiers, your billing email address and the status of your purchase.

We never receive your payment card details.

2.6 Pinterest (optional)

If you connect your Pinterest account, we receive your Pinterest username, the boards and pins you have saved, and an access token that gives us read-only access to them. We use your boards and pins only to show them to you, so you can use them as references for try-ons. We never post, edit or delete anything on Pinterest. Access tokens are stored encrypted on our servers. You can disconnect at any time in Profile, in the app or on the web.

2.7 Messages to support

If you contact us through the support form in the app or by email, we receive the information you provide, such as your email address, your message and any attachments.

2.8 Advertising identifier (only with your permission)

On iOS, the app asks whether you allow tracking (Apple's App Tracking Transparency prompt). If you allow it, we may collect your device's advertising identifier (IDFA) together with app install and purchase events, and share them with advertising measurement partners to understand which of our ad campaigns brought you to Tryla. If you don't allow it, we don't access the advertising identifier. You can change your choice at any time in Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking. On Android, we don't access the advertising identifier.

2.9 Cookies and similar technologies

On the website and in the web app we use:

  • Essential cookies and local storage to keep you signed in, remember your choices (such as your language and your cookie preferences) and keep the Service secure. They are needed for the Service to work, so they don't require your consent.
  • Optional analytics cookies to understand how the website is used, only if you agree in the cookie banner. You can change your choice at any time in the cookie settings.

2.10 Information that stays on your device or in your browser

Your saved photos ("My photos"), your generated looks, your app preferences (such as notifications and language), search queries in Inspire, and a short-lived cache of upload references are stored locally on your device. On the web, the web app keeps your photos and looks in your browser's storage until you delete them or log out. We don't access them unless you use them in a try-on. Once you save, download or share a look, how it is handled depends on your device and the app you share it with.

2.11 What we don't collect

  • We don't ask for your name or email address (unless you choose to sign in or contact us), phone number, postal address, contacts, precise location or browsing history.
  • We never use your photos, results or try-on details for advertising.
  • We don't use facial recognition. We don't create face templates or faceprints, we don't identify people in photos and we don't use photos to verify identity. The AI model edits your image to show the change you requested, and that is all your photo is used for.

5. International transfers

Our servers and service providers are located in the United States. If you use the Service from outside the United States, your information is transferred to, stored and processed in the United States. For transfers from the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, we rely on the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses or another lawful transfer mechanism.

6. How long we keep information

Photos and reference images you uploadDeleted from our servers automatically 7 days after upload
Server copies of your resultsDeleted automatically 30 days after creation. The app and the web app keep their own copy on your device or in your browser
Try-on records (without images)For as long as your account exists
Account, sign-in, credit and purchase recordsFor as long as your account exists. Transaction records may be kept longer where tax or accounting law requires it, or to resolve disputes
Pinterest access tokensUntil you disconnect Pinterest or your account is deleted
Server logsFor a short period, generally no longer than 30 days
Messages to supportAs long as needed to handle your request, and for a reasonable time afterward
Information on your deviceUntil you delete it or delete the app. On iOS, the installation ID in the Keychain may remain after the app is deleted, so that a reinstall finds the same account
Information in your browserYour photos and looks stay in your browser's storage until you delete them or log out. Essential cookies and local storage stay until you log out, clear them or they expire

7. Security

We use encryption in transit (HTTPS) for all communication between the app or the web app and our servers. Uploaded photos and results are kept in private storage that is never publicly accessible. Our AI image processing providers, the app and the web app receive them only through signed links that expire within one hour. Pinterest access tokens are stored encrypted. Service keys are kept only on our servers. Your access token is stored in your device's secure storage, or in your browser's storage on the web. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your information and to limit access to it.

8. Your choices and rights

In the app and on the web

  • Delete looks in My Looks, and replace or remove your photos in Profile.
  • Log out of the web app, or clear your browser's data, to remove your photos and looks from that browser.
  • Turn camera, webcam and photo library access on or off in your device or browser settings.
  • Change your cookie choices at any time in the cookie settings on the website.
  • Allow or stop tracking at any time in Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking.

Deleting your account and data

To help us find your account, we may ask for details such as the email address you sign in with, or the order ID from your App Store or web purchase receipt. Deleting your data doesn't cancel an active subscription. Cancel an App Store or Google Play subscription in your store account settings, and a web subscription in Profile → Subscription on the web. Unused credits are lost when your account is deleted.
